“12월3일에 예약날짜를 12월6일 1박을 12월3일로 잘못 입력함. 6일에 가니 예약은 안되어 있고 방은 전혀 없어서 너무나 황당하였음. 개인적인 실수지만 12월3일에 아무런 연락도 없었고 자신은 수수료를 hotels.com에 지불하였기 때문에 날짜를 바꿔줄수 없다고 함. 서비스적인 측면에서 고객을 배려하는 곳은 아님.”

“Mitch and Jess’s property was excellent and only 15-20 mins to Warnambool or Port Fairy and about an hour drive to 12 Apostles. Comfy bed, clean property and communicative host. Would definitely book again in future. ”

“It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay.”

“It was a lovely little place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The property had what we needed. The only thing lacking was the hole in the fly screen on the back door which let the flies in. The place itself was beautiful. I would go back.”

“The house accommodation was ideal for our family. Plenty of room and just a short drive to the centre of Port Fairy shops and restaurants. The large grounds provided privacy and the large spa was an added feature. Highly recommended. ”

“Historic cottage in beautiful surrounding gardens. Although it was freezing, we were very warm and comfy ”

“This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
