โGood location for a stop over stay on the way back to UK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looks to be a brand new hotel, everything was in great condition, very clean and tidy. Negative points were that the bar was not open (not sure if it was just the night we stayed) and there seemed to be very limited number of staff. Secure car park was ยฃ15 per night, which is a bit steep (and there is no free alternative), plus the gate had to be opened manually by staff, which was a nuisance. Overall...
โCould not fault the hotel and lovely staff. Brilliant inter-connecting rooms for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. 200m to the tram to easily get in and out of Reims. Lovely relaxed feel in the hotel. Weโll check out other Akena hotels after our stay here.โ
โEr had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely beautiful and very convenient. There were plenty of parking options available, which made everything so much easier.
One of the best parts for me was how dog-friendly the hotel is. From the moment we arrived, our dog was warmly welcomed โ she even got tasty treats at check-in! It was such a lovely touch.
