โGreat hotel to stay at for a mini vacation and shopping. Close to the mall which is very convenient. Beds are good. Just that queen sized beds would be better.โ
โI love the fact that they have a restaurant and offer room service too. I have been coming here for 25 years, and at one time it was the most luxurious hotel in Chetumal Mexico. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and bilingual (Spanish & English) and it's very reasonably priced, especially for families. The center courtyard area has a pool, which has lingers around it, so the kids can play in safety. โ

โOnly a 3 start hotel but it was clean, quiet and they allowed me to take possession of my room several hours before 3 pm. I had a very early flight and arrived at the hotel at 9 am. Was sleeping by 930. Iโll be back. โ
