โSupurb florence hotel. Its mood and service were great, and room was wide and clean. They have multiple times for residence to have tea time or breakfast. Great hotel.โ
โFantastic hotel right in the heart of the most popular tourist spots. Staff are amazing. The rooms are great and very quirky. Rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing. You can have breakfast up there too. The hotel has two properties and the other has a lovely small champagne bar and you can have breakfast in there if you prefer. There no lobby space as such but you don't need it. Be sure to book the rooftop for dinner as it's really popular. โ
โIt was so wonderful trip in la gemma in Firenze ( Florence ), Staff was professional and the whole service and journey was excellent. I enjoyed the welcome drink and loved the design of the room.
Also, there was a bar and drinks were super good. Breakfast was nice, coffee was also nice.โ

โMy family had 3 nights in this hotel. We were really pleased with everything. Staffs were kind and welcomed us. Rooms were large, moderate, cozy, and comfortable. From this hotel, we could reach famous spots like Palazzo Vecchio and duomo within 10 minutes by walking. I'd like to recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Firenze.โ
