โMade several attempts prior to stay to inquire about parking since we had a rental car and didnโt hear back until we arrived which was several hours after check in time. Could use better markings to get to the property. Never mentioned to that you had to get through door 4 to get to 204. Other than that our stay was great. Beautiful home. โ

If youโre looking for a hotel that is upgraded,modern ,newly renovated around luxury shopping area Via del Condotti area in Rome , I would highly recommend this place.The staff is amazing with exquisite service.Breakfast is included room service !
And most of all,we arrived at 10:30 just planning to leave our luggages because the check in time was 3:00pm and they were able to accommodate us right away.There was a constant communication with the staff until the day we checked out...
โThe Palazzo Roma Hotel is really a 10 star hotel. Luxury beyond imagination. The staff really seems to care about you as a guest. Gorgeous rooms, fantastic breakfasts, and walkable to all the main sites in historic Rome. Absolutely recommend.

โI'm not the kind of person who is always bothered to leave reviews. However, I wanted to leave a review because I was satisfied with this hotel. Good value for money. The staff are so friendly, it's a place I want to visit again.

The room I stayed in was tidy and had a work desk. The room was cleaned. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly.

โFantastic property in a perfect location to walk to Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Novaroโs more. Lots of great dinning options and very close to great shopping.
The facility is very well kept with great service.
The only complaint is the difficulty to contact anyone when need assistance. Non of the numbers connected to anyone.
But overall this is a great place to stay in Romeโ
โProperty was lovely, very clean, and safe. It was walking distance to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Rooms were very clean, well kept, and staff was fantastic. Highly recommend!โ
