“Very nice place and friendly staff ”

“Reserved room wasn’t available until the next day so we had to move. The first temp room wasn’t clean so we had to move from it. Water pressure was weak in the shower and all plumbing fixtures leaked. Breakfast was decent minus spoiled boiled eggs. Now we’re trying to figure out why my wife has bite marks on several parts of her arms and neck. So with everything being said, we will not be back.”

“Las camas son super comodas, igual las almohadas. El hotel estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Es nuestra segunda estadia alli. Pero el desayuno no estuvo tan bien.”

“Service was excellent”

“깨끗하고 직원들이 모두 친절합니다. 무료 아침식사도 맛있어요. 적극추천합니다. ”

“Arrived early and was able to check in early off to a great start... opened door and a strong smell of mildew was present stayed overpowering. Asked for a different room. Got one with no problems. Opened door to a strong oder of smoke.like someone burnt food never went away our first time staying at an extended stay and we won't do it again.”

“Thanks”

“Staff was very helpful”

“Stayed here for one night. Property is clean. The parking lot has a nasty smell though that needs to be taken care of. Front desk people are sweet. Breakfast needs tremendous work. There was just a bunch of bread and bagels, coffee and some juices. No waffles or eggs. I took one look, and then went back to bed. Also, there was a cockroach in the apartment, so I recommend some pest control.”

“Our stay was excellent. The breakfast options were all amazing and the staff is as good as it gets. Will definitely stay here every time we come to Melbourne”

“The property was very clean and quiet.”

“In the room there were holes in the carpet at the side of the bed there was no coffee available after breakfast had finished which is strange as other Fairfield inns have coffee available 24 hrs so we will be giving this property a miss in the near future.”
