곧 노키즈가 되는 점이 아쉽지만 다행이 그전에 다녀와서 매우 좋은 경험이 되었습니다^^ 냉장고가 없는 점을 제외하고 위치 부대시설 서비스 모두 만족입니다~~~

This property is a complete scam from start to finish sadly because it’s a beautiful hotel. No curtains on the majority of the windows so there is absolutely no chance of sleeping in. They force you to drink only the hotels drinks/food at the pool. They don’t let you close out at the end of the stay instead they sneakily without any warning charge you tip every night and don’t even print an itemized receipt for you to look over. They open the pool to all the locals so about 50 dudes walked in and took over all the pool chairs, there were glasses and straws floating in the pool and mess EVERYWHERE.

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel, such a great aesthetic and feels like a very cool vibe. The room was decorated lovely and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and helpful, pool area was great and loved that they had some pool side games like ping pong. I do think the pool could have been a bit cleaner but overall great stay - would recommend and come back!

Cool property - service around pool was very slow. Perhaps because they rent out the pool access to people not staying at hotel. When they do this they should be sure to make sure the staffing is available to provide service for guests.

This was our first time to Palm Springs and this hotel is really wonderful! The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and kind, and the food was great. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Getaway to restore
My first time with the Mrs. In Palm Springs for a much needed getaway. We are very happy to have chosen ARRIVE. The staff were awesome including the DJ on Saturdays by the poolside. Loved my room, the architecture of the hotel and my bed.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms and pool area were just as pictured in the photos. Location is close to restaurants and downtown Palm Springs is about a 25-30 min walk. We would definitely stay here again!

"Although our overall experience at the hotel was fantastic with friendly staff and a well-kept environment, our departure left a bitter aftertaste. While returning from Joshua Tree and craving a quick bite at Cheeky's, a request for a 30-45 minute late checkout led to an unexpected response. The front desk kindly offered us the privilege—with a price tag: $50 Tax for the half hour $100 Tax for each full hour (Anything after 2 pm incurs a full-day rate) In my 43 years on this planet, never have I been asked to pay for a late checkout. It's the little things that linger in one's experience, and this unexpected charge left me with reservations about staying at ARRIVE properties in the future. A lesson in the importance of small touches gone astray. 😐"

We stayed on 1st floor, liked room and fire place, but no door to the shower room, which is so unusual. annoyed by footsteps on the floor above…

Great location, service, food, and pool. Travel often to PS, and this one is a fave. Fun pool (movie night, DJs, etc). Rooms are nice - was there for a storm and didn't hear a peep! - Comfy beds too!
