We enjoyed our stay so much! The room was beautiful! It had a lot of space and the balcony that faced the main street! The hotel was quiet, so we had good sleep! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! There are many places to eat nearby and coffee shops like Starbucks which was convenient for us! If I was nitpicking, I would say about breakfast. Even though it's included in the price, but it had only carbs and sugars mostly.

This is a hidden gem close to the hub of Palm Springs, yet it felt like it was secluded in a suburb since it was so quiet. We felt like we stepped back in time with the Sinatra classics playing in the lobby and near the pool and the small vintage hotel that we found out was built in 1935. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothpaste and they brought me a travel size tube. We loved the upstairs deck area where we were able to lounge and drink a bottle of wine we brought next to the fireside overlooking the pool. We will definitely be back!

Great spot for a quiet and relaxing stay. Super clean. Staff could not have been more helpful. Perfect location right in the center of shopping and restaurants. Pool/hot tub open 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Gosh, where to start? The three pages of rules to sign after a 5 hour drive was a bad start. I felt it needed to be faxed to my lawyer for checking before signing. Ridiculous. Then led through high walls and iron railings it was like a set for the Shawshank Redemption. The room however was nice (although some weird design choices like only one lounge chair). The bathroom was great with plenty of water at a decent pressure. No blackout blinds and lighting outside all night wasn't great - it's very much like a motel room setup. Breakfast was a bag of bits - like a 2 star hotel serves (bagel and cream cheese) but in a bag. All in all it was too cramped and too petty.

Thank you, Ian, for taking the time to write us a review with your concerns. Unfortunately, in this day and age we need to have signatures for areas that you might get additional charges (smoking, quite times, late check out, etc etc ) I was just in Vegas and had to sign something very similar to ours. Andreas Hotel and Spa was built in 1935 we are part of the historical society, so if you don't like the old-world charm, maybe this hotel is not for you. Our breakfast bag comes with many items, fruit, bagel, Danish, cheese, oatmeal, breakfast bar, yogurt, juice and all the condiments. I did notice you stayed in an executive room at about 375 sq feet, which is good size for a hotel room, we do however have larger rooms, if you decide to give us another try in the future.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located. The pool is lovely. On days they have lots of spa guests there may not be pool chairs open which seems strange to me because guests were doubling up sharing a chair. Seating at the pool is limited but most days it was not a problem.

Very convenient location in the middle of downtown. Staff were always so friendly and willing to help. Loved the lemon water and breakfast bags available. Pool and hot tub were available 24/7 which was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the center of town. The queen rooms are small but very well appointed. The pool area is very nice.

Hard to believe this hotel was built in 1935. The staff takes pride in keeping the areas and rooms clean and spotless. All of the extra places to sit outside are so nice the pool is huge and clean. Rooms are so nice comfortable beds . The staff is wonderful all of them especially Niki at the front desk . We will stay here again .

Everything about this boutique hotel is wonderful from being greeted by cheerful super friendly front desk staff members such as Nicky, Merry, Karl or Douglas the beautiful rooms, bar service from Bryan & Teresa ( sorry if misspelled) breakfast & location. Very rare to find accommodation as this…it has everything and more!!

This property is a boutique hotel with only 25 custom rooms! The best! Will def stay here again. Quiet. HOT hot tub ptl, lovely pool, all sorts of little hind out spots and fireplaces. Lovely.
