I loved the dog park I didn't have any pets with me during our stay, but it was a treat to see the owners playing with their dog. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained, very refreshing. Would definitely stay again.

If you are hard up and need a clean & safe place to crash this will do just fine. It also has AC. However it is a very basic hotel. There are only 2 flat sheets for the bed. Staff was friendly & Helpful

It was work trip and we stayed two weeks. Normally it’s very expensive in Palm Springs but this place wasn’t crazy pricey! It’s an old motel, it is what it is. They try to keep it clean, they took a good care of us. I can’t say anything bad. . It has a laundry room, which important for a long stay. Reception/ clerk was great!!

Comfortable stay

The room was clean and well-equipped with towels and toilet paper. The presence of a refrigerator, television, and availability of ice were also appreciated. What made me particularly happy was the service offering drinks and snacks, and the convenient and affordable laundry facilities. I was able to use the dryer every day and had a comfortable stay.Thanks.

The property is in kind of an industrial area near the train tracks. It is in a busy road, and the office has some imposing looking signs on it. I was worried that wouldn’t like staying here. I spent two surprisingly quiet nights. The road was quiet after about 9:00 PM and didn’t hear a train at all once I was asleep. The owners kept the common property and my room VERY clean. Obviously this is a point of pride. I didn’t do ANY research before staying here. I would easily stay again. The food at Taqueria Mazatlan across the street is very good, by the way.

Pleasantly surprised as rates elsewhere were extremely outrageous. Room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave clean and working. Had no issues.

Check in was fast, simple. Pool was open (didn't have a suit) that was nice. Picking litter around the area would help some. Shower handle came off while adjusting water. (I forgot to tell them). Beds were comfortable.
