My experience here was completely terrible. I booked a premium room and when I walked in, it was a complete mess. Beds were not made dirty towels on the floor previous guests Property was found, and there was a fridge in the middle of my room. I checked in at 4:30 And check in at three. Had to wait an additional two hours until my room is ready. They did not clean the room. Well, there was trash found underneath both beds, and the hairdryer was a safety hazard, considering that the cord was exposed… They would not give me a refund luckily Expedia gave me a partial refund.
