“the phone didn't have a cord going to the wall. i pulled the night stand away frow the wall to see if had fallen, there were more cobwebs behind the nightstand than in a haunted house. the front desk staff was very rude. my uncle cut himself on the doorlatch and went to the front desk to ask for a band aide, and they told him that the hotel didn't have any. so he asked the waitress in the restaurant for one, she happily brought him a few. the room was definitely showing ware.”

“Staff was helpful, room was clean. We only stayed for 1 night so we did not use any of the amenities available. The only downside is that you have to pay for onsite parking. IMO parking should be included if you are staying at the hotel.”

“최고의 숙소입니다. 퇴실하고 크루즈를 타기위해서 짐 보관이 필요했는데, 우리의 짐을 보관해주었습니다.”

“Awesome spot! Staff was amazing. Cozy bed. Gym was underwhelming but other than that, great spot.”

“Te transportation to and from Airport was very helpful”

“Was surprised that I was charged for parking. I was never notified that there was a fee to park outside the hotel. Otherwise it was a typical Hilton Garden Inn. Comfortable bed and desk to get some work done. There was room service dishes left in the hallway for 2 days.”

“Very clean and comfortable”

“All good”

“Bon prix”

“Beautiful property!”

“Everything was very good and staff was very nice”

“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

“The hotel was walking distance to the Tampa Riverwalk which I really love. There was a full service bar and restaurant on site. I did not use the pool but I did look at it and it was beautiful, very clean and maintained well. My room overlooked the water and the view was stunning. This is my third time staying at this hotel. They have a shuttle that will take you to the cruise port for free and it also will drive you anywhere in the immediate area within a 2-mile radius I believe.”
