Loved it – 10 out of 10!
We had a great stay! The staff were so nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The highlight was definitely the super comfy bed—we slept great. Just a heads up for future guests: you have to be a little careful when maneuvering in the parking area, but everything else was flawless. Highly recommend!
Very nice staff and decently priced, considering the area's general price level. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return to this accommodation the next time I'm in town.
Yes staff was very courteous - friendly- welcoming/ caring- offering help when needed. Great staff!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
If you are older and have trouble with stairs and inclines this is not the motel for you. The room was clean…older but clean…the bed was comfortable but the room lacked a few things we have gotten used to at other facilities. I was aware that no breakfast was offered but restaurants were nearby…that said…when I checked in I was given two bottles of water…nice…however…there were no glasses in the room. No coffee or phone either if that’s important to you. Other problems I encountered was, even though parking is available on site it is under ground and the spaces are so tight you couldn’t open your door and again more stairs. Another somewhat minor Issue is the smoke detector was just outside the bathroom door and there wasn’t an exhaust fan to dissipate the shower steam…so when you opened the door after a shower the smoke detector activated…twice for me.
In spite of the above the owners/managers seemed very nice.
Had a fantastic experience at Glass Inn. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained and made for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!
