"We stayed here for our 25 anniversary in September. The weather was perfect and we had beautiful sunsets. The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and smelled so good (thank you Aracely). I was frustrated with the parking. We were not told it’s an additional $20 per night parking in the deck. Also, my husband has a stock F250 and we did not clear the clearance bar. It’s difficult to get in and out of the deck in a longer vehicle. We tried to eat at Coconut Charlie’s for dinner but the waiter was not attentive and they were out of steak and a few other things. We previously stayed at Aqua and frequented the Starbucks located in the Hyatt every morning. This time Starbucks was not great. The coffee did not taste good 3 different times. Overall, it was a great trip and a great room. I don’t think we’ll stay here again as the price was a little high for September and the parking was an issue."

"Very clean hotel. However, somehow we were only setup for Sunday through Saturday. We thought we payed for Sunday thru Sunday. We booked thru Expedia. Will never do that again, because we wound up having to pay $200 more to stay the Saturday night we thought we had reserved! This has been a very expensive mistake we thought had been taken care of when we checked ked in last Sunday!"
