Personeel & eigenaar van jong tot oud super behulpzaam.

"El hotel es una joya rodeada de un paisaje maravilloso. No falta detalle, y el servicio es de primera. La comida es deliciosa, las instalaciones impecables. Nos dieron un ascenso de categoría y tuvimos una habitación de sueño, con un balcón con vista a las montañas. Quisiera despertar y anochecer todos los dias con una vista así. Todos los que trabajan en el hotel tienen una sonrisa y hablan multiples idiomas, realmente son la definición de hospitalidad, desde que te ran la bienvenida hasta que...
"It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money.
The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."
"Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights.
Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"The room for four if us was spacious with suite and kichenette. The room rate was readonable compared to others in the area. The location was convinient and close to grocery stores as well. We loved staying here and highly recommend it."
"What can I say….5 stars all round. We had an exceptional stay. We have been travelling Europe for the last month staying is some stunning hotels along the road….nothing compares to the Sonus Alpis. The beds wow, service is spot on, views to die for and possible the best breakfast selection anywhere in the world. I will be back. Plus parking is FREE 😁"
