"It was so bad that my wife and I decided to stay in the room and leave early. There was nothing we liked at all!"

"The hotel was one of the better hotels I have stayed in for a while. The staff was especially helpful, going out of their way to assist when needed. The room was very well kept. The only criticism I have is the A/C was somewhat noisy, but the staff attended to it when I reported it."
