"Exceptionally clean property with a very friendly, helpful, efficient, competent staff. Amazingly quiet rooms (ours equipped with hearing impaired door bell)! Breakfast was great with a terrific latte machine. On-site gym clean and well equipped. Only downsides were that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. In our room, one bed was ok. The other was the worst ever, lumpy, hard with pillows to match. Despite that, I’d stay here again and give it another try. Appreciated the kindness of the staff — they were exceptional in every way."

"We checked into the hotel around midnight, and only during check-in were we informed that the elevators were not working. I had booked two rooms and was traveling with a 2-year-old child, which made the situation very inconvenient. Since it was already late at night, we really had no other option. I politely asked if they could offer any discount or compensation due to the inconvenience, but the manager didn’t even try to help or discuss any alternatives. She simply said, “Have a wonderful day,” which basically felt like we were being told to leave if we weren’t happy. The breakfast was also very disappointing with poor quality and limited options. Overall, the property looked a bit shady and did not feel comfortable or welcoming for families. Definitely not the experience we expected."

"Upon arrival, property was beautiful! Check in was easy, the gentleman who checked us in was so friendly! Ice machine third floor was broken, rooms were nice but not clean. There was a used tampon bottom of the headboard, the curtain hooks were all broken, and all shampoo , conditioner and body wash bottles were so old and looked like all they do is refill them. Towels had stains, we found a tick. Breakfast was good, BUT staff was SO rude and was rushing guests out. IT IS POSTED BREAKFAST IS OPEN UNTIL 10 am, this lady was packing up all food and taking all items around 9:25. Staring at guests walking in looking for food and making ugly faces. Extremely rude!!!!!! Spraying and wiping off tables literally right next to us and next to our food!!!!!!!!! That did it for me!!!!! Staff needs better training, and if breakfast is until ten , leave it out until 10!!!!!! They were even making rude remarks in Spanish thinking we didn’t understand them!!!!!!!!"

"Did not like the parking lot. I was very concerned about the lack of lighting and lack of cameras in the parking lot don’t leave anything in your car I’m sure there are a lot of broken windows. There was plenty of broken glass everywhere. Then floors were sticky to walk on. Remote did not work. Room smelled like take out Chinese. And they way over charge for a pet deposit. I will not be returning to this property. Positive: it works if your in a pinch but your not saving any money, you can find a better property for the same price or less."
