"Staff was fine. Room was dirty. Bed was thankfully ok. Towels had holes. Shower had hair. Hot tub was sketchy. Pool was ok. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something nicer. We were just there for the night so didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of complaining and trying to get another room. "

"We stayed at a Drury Inn again. This was our sixth stay, and it really says a lot that we keep coming back. We’ve stayed in September, October, December, January, last week, and again yesterday. During a previous stay, there was no soap or body lotion, and this time there was soap available, which we appreciated—but still no body lotion, so I had to buy it again. I especially want to mention the lady from the afternoon shift who always welcomes us—she has been there every time we’ve stayed, and she is consistently kind, warm, and attentive. I will make sure to ask for her name next time, because she truly deserves recognition. Overall, the entire staff is very pleasant and welcoming. It’s the people who make the difference.
