“me encantó muy limpio muy ordenado y muy buena atención”

“Solid buffet breakfast with Omelet station included with room.”

“Plan to pay and park at this hotel. I was not told at the time of check in, and I find it crazy to charge for parking.”

“Our booking was mismanaged; one room was giving away. The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful, basically telling me she couldn’t do anything and wasn’t able to help.”

“Awesome!”

“Clean room and fast check-in. I would recommend looking up the hotel on your actual maps when going there instead of using address from expedia. They do have a bit of traffic around the area but what part of Houston doesn’t.”

“The hotel room was clean but the staff was not friendly and helpful. My sister and I asked for rooms next to each other but the lady who checked us in was rude.”

“The Best Hotel of this year so far”

“One of the biggest issues we had was the shower flooded the bathroom and part of the sink area outside of the bathroom while in use. It looked like a common problem due to the mold and soft trim in the areas. The next issue was the "no slowing policy." Upon getting into the room the neighbor was actively smoking in the room next to us with his door open. Upon returning from our concert our room smelled heavily of weed. Aside from the few issues listed the ac worked well, granted it was cool...

“Wonderful! Very clean and convenient location! Alina was so nice and helpful! My room was excellent and the breakfast was amazing! The only feedback I would give is to have the side doors fixed for convenient access other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!”

“Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.”
