"Was booked for three nights at this hotel. Got there and they had given my room away. Said that they had run my card before I even got there and that it declined, which it actually didn’t, my credit card company froze my card because I thought it was fraudulent, so they canceled my reservation. No phone call or anything. Upon arrival to the hotel Expedia said that my room was still booked. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Called to speak to management the next day and they said they had no record of my card being run or the room being canceled. They were supposed to call me back with more information and never called back."

"Nice staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast, wish they had turkey sausage, because not everyone eats pork. "

"The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was that breakfast, that goes from 6-10, was almost completely out of food at 9:20. They were willing to cook a little more when asked and people quickly ate it. Once there was food it was quite good."

"It was a small cute hotel however, sofa bed had yellow and brown stains. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, we needed to get our room key reactivated because it didn’t work after eating breakfast. "

"Overall what one would expect but issues with no hot water for a day and there were 2 remotes needed for even basic TV viewing in the room. Hard to figure out so just turned it off and watched my phone"
