“We stayed at the family tree top tent for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Nekajui's location is absolutely prime, and the wildlife outside our tent and around the property was unreal! They assign a Mantu to help you schedule reservations and ours was very helpful. The service for a Ritz Carlton Reserve however, could be a bit better at times. “The window in the room is frosted which IMO is absurd, especially in a place as beautiful as CR. I asked for a different room and was told all the rooms have just one window that is completely frosted. I don't mind a small room, but a small room without an actual window isn't tolerable for me. I asked for a refund and was told no, so I said I would post this bad review. They responded with a sarcastic, "Thanks". I found a much, much better place to stay even though I had to pay their bill. “Amazing property, such helpful and hospitable staff and the breakfast and food (two dinners we at the restaurant) was excellent! Just a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Very relaxing stay!”

“Very friendly helpful staff. Very good Costa Rican style breakfast served in beautiful courtyard. Rooms were fairly simple with ceiling fan and one extra fan as well as bathroom. The ceiling fan worked well enough that we didn't use the extra fan even though the day temperature was approximately 35C.”
