“It was a relaxing location and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. They were very helpful when you needed assistance with finding locations and getting taxis. Breakfast was lovely also.”

“The only thing going for this hotel was the proximity to the airport, otherwise, it not that great. The room we had was not nice, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom for use of a hair appliance, and no mirror in the bedroom. Lobby furniture was completely stained and looked disgusting. “Wonderful property with access to swim in pool or area in Laguna to snorkel and see beautiful fish, eels and turtles. Great restaurants, entertainment and shows. But take your own blow dryer because theirs was like blow drying your hair on a very low setting. The drains are very slow so a 5 to 10 minute shower will incur water about 2 inches of standing water. I contacted the staff about this issue and they send maintenance but nothing was done to fix the issue. I loved the views and resort but...

“I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...

“The room was clean, but had many many bugs. Which I did not mind much due to the location on the hotel being more in the forest. The area where the kitchenette is and for outdoor relaxing is covered in dog poop. I found this to be unsanitary.”

“We love our stay here. It’s honestly the perfect place to stay in Moorea. The staff were so helpful and lovely. Also, it’s amazing that you can wake up and just jump to do some snorkeling. It was the best snorkeling in the entire island. We saw 3 big turtles, an octopus and so many pretty fish plus the water is so calm. Their pina colada’s were also amazing. We highly recommend this place.”

“All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The room was very clean and very nice and comfortable as were the grounds!!! We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. Keep in mind there was only 4 of us playing cards/talking/laughing inside with no music when the complaint was reported. In our opinion, the complainers...

“Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. ”
