"Pro- Staff (especially Laura) very, very friendly and help out with anything you need, rooms clean, location fabulous. There's also a clothes wash place around the corner that you can drop off your clothes and get them back the same day. Very reasonable and friendly. Con- Older building so a little outdated (but clean). They had an elevator but didn't work when we were there and had to walk up 5 flights. I know management is trying very hard to make the elevator work better and will help bring up your bags. May be fixed by now. No real lobby. Check in at the cafe during day hours. I would definitely recommend. The pros outweigh the cons."
