The two staff members I encountered were both very friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, which is in a lovely section of Amsterdam that is quiet and not touristy at all. The hotel has a cosy, welcoming feel (you even get a personal hand-written note in the room).

We had such a wonderful stay at the Omega Hotel. Leayaa and Sherry at breakfast were absolutely incredible — so kind, attentive, and they went above and beyond to help us during our checkout time. Their warmth really made our experience special. We also, unfortunately, forgot the name of the lovely lady who checked us in, but she was truly fantastic as well — welcoming, professional, and made the arrival process smooth and pleasant. Overall, check-in was perfect, the service was excellent, and we loved our stay. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Excellent hotel in a quiet location. The area is résidentiel with beautiful houses. It is very close to the Concertgebouwplein and museum plein. My room at the back had view on the gardens.

Hotel Omega was absolutely beautiful! The staff was amazing and just beautiful. The breakfast was supreme and had a lot to pick from. 10 out of 10 highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect to visit the Von Gogh and other museums as well a accessible to other attractions.

The entire staff crew is excellent especially Moreno (i hope I got his name right). Located in safe & quiet area with 5 mins walk from TRAM station minutes from Rijksmuseum. One would like to stay near the central area and do not waste time in transportation.
