"I think I made the right choice in making this booking. First, the host made me feel like home always checking whether everything was great or if I need any help. Secondly, I was allowed an early check in which made a huge difference to me since I was coming from long hours flight. In conclusion, the apartment was gorgeous, clean and big enough with the necessary amenities. The location was perfect just besides Radisson Hotel and a block away from one of the busiest avenues - Av. Paulista....

"The only positive aspect of this property is its location—just a few blocks from HCor Hospital, which was convenient as I needed to be close to my father during his treatment. Unfortunately, everything else about the stay was deeply disappointing.
The apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment I arrived. The bedding provided was extremely worn out—thin, full of holes, and far from acceptable. Despite being on the 16th floor, the windows offered no acoustic insulation, so the noise...

Ficamos 6 diárias e foi reposto apenas uma vez, mesmo assim, após solicitação diretamente com a proprietária. Precisei comprar sabonete no supermercado próximo. Sugiro a reposição das amenidades e a troca de toalhas, pelo menos, de 2 em 2 dias."
