"We booked a room for two adults and one teenager through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the reservation only included two adults. The front desk agent kindly helped us update the reservation to include our son. She was very friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
We still don’t understand why our original booking for two adults and one teenager was not correctly reflected in the reservation.
Aside from that issue, our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding. We especially appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel."
