"It was a dream to stay on this property. It has the most beautiful views of Florence. The property itself is so picturesque it didn’t feel real being there. I loved the dogs on the property. The entire staff was so welcoming and attentive, especially Sam who was amazing! Highly recommend staying here. There’s no other place like it. "

"This hotel was in a good neighborhood away from the crowded downtown area with close proximity to the airport. The hotel and amenities and staff were all very good."

"Florence is a relatively small city so we loved that this property was not in the heart of everything (Duomo) and yet comfortably walkable to get to . We booked the junior room, it was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower too. The complimentary spa was refreshing to use - we tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a fairly wide spread and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!"

"Unlike almost every other hotel we stayed at on our trip, the AC worked well to combat the steamy days! Also, the staff was amazingly helpful in finding us a transfer to the airport during a train strike. Will stay here again for our next visit."
