"The staff was really welcoming and even gave us a tour of the facilities. In the basement there is a kids room and also a bar with free dart and pool which we enjoyed very much in the evening. The rooms where nice and had everything we needed. The location was also very nice, close to the ocean and to some alright restaurants. "The room was spacious with a small terrace where you could take your breakfast (due to heavy rain we didnt use it). We upgraded to a bigger flat, but we could have been told that it was a floor down, that is cellarfloor - just for info. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower really nice and it was great that you could stream your own app at the TV. We will definetly stay at Bobs again! Oh, and the location i Lubeck was perfect!"

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and very professional and patient with my attempts to converse in German.
