We were told our reservation is only for two people and we have to pay extra. Will open dispute via credit card as we got no support from the hotel or expedia"

"Didn't use the A/C. Disappointed with the view so we were moved to a higher up room but the view wasn't much better. As a vegan, I pre warned the staff on reception but all I could have for breakfast every day was cereal and oat milk - not good value for money. The building is big and impressive but a little tired and dusty in some areas. The corridors outside the rooms could be quite noisy, with doors banging etc. Good location though and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. "
