Your feeling may come from the fact that we use ecological shower heads which can slightly reduce water pressure to protect the environment.Concerning the sofa mattress, once again our teams intervened to resolve your discomfort by offering a mattress topper or by installing a device under the mattress aimed at reinforcing the support that you found lacking.Our teams have taken turns to provide you with their listening, support and possible alternatives, including a change of room.
