It's all the more unfortunate as it doesn't reflect what everyone can read among the whole reviews on social networks about Arioso hotel. Our property is marked "8,6 /10 Excellent" by Expedia's customers for instance. After checking our accounts and your bill, we would just want to precise that you did not pay more but less for the superior room during your last night. We want to apologize for the size of this superior room, we were fully booked and it was the last available one.Hotels rooms size in Paris as well as in most european big cities, is known to be smaller that in overseas hotels like US for instance. Despite you mentioned you would not come back again, we invite you to book again at the Arioso so we could attribute an upgrade in a bigger room according to our availabilities of course.Kind regards,Hotel Manager
