Thank you for your comment about the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. Regarding the room size, the minimium we have is 15 m2, which is exactly what is required by the French Legislation for 4 stars hotels. If you wish larger rooms and/or want to stay longer, we also have superior rooms (17 m2), or deluxe rooms (23m2), or even junior suites which look like a small parisian "pied-à-terre" with 30m2! We remain at your disposal for any other request next time you travel to Paris. Best regards

However, we wish to point out that our room sizes are larger than what is requested as per french legislation for a 4-stars hotel. We all apologise that the positioning of a Parisian Boutique Hotel like us does not meet your expectations, since apparently your needs are more in favour for a flat to rent for your trips.
