Dear Hansol, We would like to thank you for sharing your experience at Garden Elysée hotel. Thank you for highlighting the cleanliness and the decor of our rooms.Regarding the envelope forgotten in your safe : as we told you when you called the hotel after checkout, the safe was open and empty when we checked it and nothing had been found & reported to the duty manager.For security reason our procedure is very strict in case the safe is closed after guest’s departure : housekeeping staff is not allowed to open it. Housekeeping staff work with us for many years, and we strongly believe that nobody has taken your envelope : it might have been forgotten in another place.We thank you for your understanding.
