En cada habitación se encuentra el panel de control el cual cada huésped puede ajustarlo a gusto. el hotel cuenta con habitaciones estándares como la vuestra y también ofrecemos habitaciones VIP Superiores con un espacio mas amplio stilo mezzanine. El hotel se encuentra a 10min caminando hacia la Torre Eiffel lo cual permite una vista desde la entrada principal. Esperamos recibir en una próxima visita saludos cordiales

As we told you before, we normally have external wifi boxes for these cases. Unfortunately, these did not work during your stay, which is why we could only offer you an complimentary breakfast and the use of the wifi in the quiet breakfast room. We are devastated by this terrible incident that your daughter experienced at our hotel and we apologise again profusely!We have done our best to get help for your daughter as soon as possible. The technician from the company responsible for the elevator came as soon as he could, which unfortunately couldn't be less than 30 minutes.We are also very sorry that the fire department could not come after they had contacted the company and learned that a technician was already on his way.We wish we could have spared your daughter this experience and we are sorry that you feel that our efforts, such as offering free breakfast throughout your stay, were not enough.We understand how difficult this experience must have been for all of you and we hope you have recovered from the shock. Bonjour, merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous noter et pour ces beaux commentaires.Effectivement, nous situé à 7min à pied de la Tour Eiffel, et dès qu'on sort de l'hôtel on a une vue sur la Tour Eiffel, on est bien entourer par des magasin, pharmacies etc...Je suis ravis d'entendre que notre petit-déjeuner bio, vous ai plus.Nous espérons vous revoir très bientôt dans l'un de nos hôtels.Team Green-Spirit

First of all, we would like to say that we are very happy that you liked the location of the studio and that you mentioned the friendliness of the staff. We would further like to thank you for pointing out to other guests that there is no elevator to the studio and that the stairs can be a little tricky. This is an important point that is often overlooked. The same goes for the separate toilet and bathroom, which are a little apart from each other. As you mentioned, the studio is located in an old, traditional Parisian building where such peculiarities can occur. We are also grateful to you for pointing out that there are no sockets near the mirror in the bathroom!We hope that you have brought home many fond memories of your stay in Paris and that we can make some changes before your next visit.
