“I had an amazing time at this place, from the really friendly staff to the heated pool, and the fantastic decoration of the lobby, room, and breakfast area. Air conditioning was also appreciated this summer. The management has a very good vision and made a real effort in providing a wonderful experience. Breakfast is very complete and includes local healthy (and not so healthy…but very tasty) products. I got great recommendations for dining.”

“Excellent location with outlook overlooking the cathedral & square. Excellent dinner in the restaurant, recommend to book as it gets busy at the weekend. Limited option of secure hotel parking available but lots of free parking available around the city. Clean & spacious room with some traditional features, and despite no air conditioning in room, staff made every effort to cool room with fans during heatwave. All staff really helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel if looking to...

“Au Clos du Lac was one of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful spacious room, stunning gardens and lovely pool/spa area. Anaïs was very welcoming and friendly and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A real luxury treat in a beautiful village not far from Reims and the champagne region. We’ll be back!”

“Le propriétaire m'a dit qu'il ne travaillait plus avec expedia alors que j'avais une réservation avec expedia et donc il ne m'avait pas réservé de chambre. Par conséquent il m'a logé dans une chambre de dépannage sans aucun confort (juste un matelas sur le sol). Chambre située sous le toit alors qu'il faisait extrêmement chaud (période de canicule) et chambre qui n'était pas équipée de clim ou de ventilateur. J'ai passé une nuit exécrable.”
