"The room was clean, breakfast was standard for South America and the staff were great. However, the bed was advertised as a queen and it was a double bed. The rolling desk chair on the tile floor is a serious accident waiting to happen. I enjoyed the views from the rooftop buffet. "

"Mattress was hard, pillows flattened, no microwave and fridge was not cooling. Other than that, the personnel were 5 stars, friendly attentive and respectful. "

"I had room 29, a double bed with balcony. It was beautiful, modern, clean, and in a quiet area but only a couple blocks to restaurants. The breakfast is modest but satisfactory. To the hotel, I would suggest putting electric kettles in each room. I, as well as others, would use this to boil water and not have to rely on bottled water. Just a thought for an "eco" hotel."
