“Location to parque vivas was great.”

“Very nice place it only need to be updated it in their decor”

“We love this hotel. The room is huge with a sitting area and a full size fridge. Highly recommend recommended.”

“Great for value place where the host even helped us park our car into their secure parking lot and helped us retrieve our car. Would have preferred if there was a code to get in so we didn't have to communicate our check in time. Appreciated the AC, common kitchen. We didn't know how to use the hot water but realized afterwards that there was hot water.”

“Great atmosphere and very quiet and serene. Flew in from Orlando, Florida and stayed the night here. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Suggested us to go to Doka coffee farm and it was amazing. Really good coffee. The view here is very nice and the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Breakfast was terrible. Need to change chef.”

“Beautiful place, and I slept well. Friendly owner. Would recommend.”

“Wonderful property at the botanical gardens overlooking the San Jose city with nice walking trails. Tons of birds and butterflies. The on-site restaurant is top notch. I don’t need one, but rooms do not have televisions. Use caution if driving as the roads are steep and narrow. Cars and trucks often park in the road creating one lane there aren’t any sidewalks so people and dogs also share the roads so be mindful if driving.”

“It was perfect for a night before our flight in the morning”

“My stay this time was truly comfortable and satisfying. I especially liked the quiet and clean environment. The friendly service from the staff also left a great impression. However, it was a bit disappointing that the breakfast menu was not more varied. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would love to visit again next time.”

“새벽 5시 잘못된 알람이 울렸습니다. 안내도 없었습니다. ”

“Nice place, convenient Rooms with fridge, coffemaker, microwave, kitchenet and all the things necessary for cooking. Recomendation: if you have a car it can be easier 'cause you have several supermarkets and restaurants near there ( 2 km or less) but if; not try to have some things to cook before due to by walking/uber/bus could be complicated. The rest of the things are OK, nice pool some weekend”

“I travel a lot and this is one of top favorite places I have stayed at! Absolutely perfect in every way! Perfect location, perfect breakfast, perfect service, beautiful and calming atmosphere and breathtaking views! Sylvia is so attentive, helpful, kind, and flexible. We loved this gem of a spot! So glad we picked it! When we return to Costa Rica this will always be our spot!”

“What a lovely property and Cecilia was wonderful. Welcoming and kind -- felt like staying with family!”

“First the staff- immensely polite and helpful. Clean, elegant, detail oriented lobby, restaurant (s) and rooms. Very minimalist in design but everything is extremely well thought out and Marriott quality. Rooms were very quiet. Great rooftop bar and pool- minutes from the airport and whatever you do, don’t miss their 5 star breakfast buffet - it’s worth it! Also - close to modern mall to find anything you may have forgotten at home some great food trucks just outside, little market, pharmacy etc...
