“We had some trouble finding the location but the staff was helpful with sending me the exact coordinates. The rooms were very spacious and clean, however the sauna and spa in the rooms did not work. Breakfast had a big assortment but no coffee was available when we arrived, unless the other places we had stayed in, which we were all looking for. The location is within walking distance of several nice coffee places ( bars), a corner fruit stand and the piazza. Parking was very easy and free. If...

“La struttura, un antico baglio siciliano, gradevolmente ristrutturata si trova, fuori da centro abitato, immersa nella campagna. La camera che ci è stata assegnata non era comodissima, ma pulita ed ordinata. L'eliminazione di un letto avrebbe consentito lo spazio per due sedie ed un piano di appoggio per potere lavorare col Pc. Il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente, Colazione (dolce e salata) ricca ed eccellente con prodotti genuini. Punto di forza è il ristorante (da provare assolutamente)....

“The Hotel was in an excellent location for either walking or driving to explore. Breakfast was delicious and extensive, the room was very comfortable with a sea view, and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were able to check in several hours early. I would highly recommend the Hotel Al Madurig to anyone wishing to stay in the charming town of Castellammare del Golfo.”
