"I must say I was nervous about this hotel over recent reviews but had no issues with check in or room cleanliness. The free breakfast gave a good array of choices and all encountered staff were very friendly and helpful. My one complaint is the rooms overall are worn with frayed carpet and banged up furniture. Also the hallways and rooms were on the dark side. We did get good sleep as very quiet."

"My stay at the hotel was pretty pleasant overall. The AC unit worked properly, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The main issue I had was trying to contact the front desk or room service. Whenever I called, no one answered the phone. The only reason I needed to reach them was because, while we were out of the room, we did not want housekeeping to enter due to valuable items we had inside. I also needed fresh towels, but because I could not get anyone on the phone, I ended up having to go all the way to the front desk to request them. The other issue that concerned me was on our last day. While we were getting ready to check out, the system apparently showed that we had already checked out. We were still in the room packing and getting dressed when someone attempted to enter the room to service it. This happened twice. Both employees apologized, but I was concerned about how the system showed that we had already checked out when we had not. Aside from those issues, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would just recommend improving communication with the front desk and making sure the check-out status in the system is accurate to prevent situations like this from happening again."
