The room was a unique floor plan and we loved it. The 2nd floor outdoor bar was so fun and the food and drinks were excellent! We booked this hotel last minute but if we return to Paso Robles this is definitely where we will stay but get a balcony room on the second floor. Great location to walk to restaurants.

The property is beautiful and the staff welcoming and knowledgeable. However, I had to leave a couple of nights early. I notified the front desk the morning of my departure so they knew my room would be available. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund, partially refund or give me a credit towards a future stay for my 2 unused nights. Very disappointing.

We rented three rooms between us. They were all very clean with coffee makers. We enjoyed the rooftop pool party and bar. Good music, good cocktails, fun crowd. I appreciated that there were two kinds of pillows for different sleepers. The breakfast at Erme was delicious and the cafe in the lobby was perfect for a quick coffee and a snack. It is conveniently located for a quick walk to the park and restaurants. We look forward to going back when we go to Paso Robles.

Probably the best new option to spend a few nights in Paso and the wine country. Walking distance to the park and all the wining & dining options. The pool on the roof is unique but maybe it could be converted to a large hot tub.
