"This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. "

"We LOVED our stay there!! The room, bathroom and the building itself is just phenomenal! They don’t just offer a room to stay for the night but they offer a home where you can be comfortable. We are grateful to Leah for being kind, funny, and helpful to us. He did not only recommend places to visit/eat but he also helped us out with our train. "What a wonderful gem of a hotel. The location was incredible, close to the train station and close to restaurants. Lots of little shops and cafes close by. The check-in process was fantastic, and the lady at the reception recommended some great restaurants in the area. The room was everything we could have wanted, and even had a washing machine if you have time to freshen up your clothing before taking the train. Would 110% stay at this hotel again when taking the train into Switzerland from Tirano."

"The host were amazing and very quick to respond. It was a contact less check in but The place was easy to find and directions were perfect. One block from train station. WhatsApp worked great. The beds and bedding were not the best shape and the shower was slick. We stayed one night and it served our needs to catch the Berninia express. I would give a 10+ for the customer service and location and a 7 for the room itself."
