"Location coukd not be better. The room was very comfortable, clean and with all necessaryamenities. The bathroom was large with plenty of hot water. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only criticism we have is that the pillows could be of better quality and more comfortable. Having extra pillows in the closet or a pillow menu upon request would have made our stay close to perfect. We went to Buenos Aires for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel made our stay very enjoyable and a trip to cherish."

"I stayed at the Sofitel for four nights before joining my tour group for an Antartica trip. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived in the early morning and check in is at 3pm. The staff worked hard to get me into a room by 10am. I was so very appreciative of this. I was also given some delicious pastries from the Patisserie in the lobby. These two ‘perks’ were due to my status with Expedia, or that’s what I believe. My room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast at the hotel had a wide variety of food options. I had lunch at the Patisserie in the lobby several times instead of venturing out. The food was very good. I had drinks in the hotel lounge one evening, which wasn’t crowded at all. The hotel is in the recolecta neighborhood which is a nice safe area. There’s a high end mall across the street that I was told has a Starbucks and several places to find a reasonably priced meal. If I return to Buenos Aires I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Room wasn’t cleaned properly.. hairs everywhere, staff unreal .. front desk staff had no idea of what to do around the area.. first time I heard check out at 10am.. never anywhere in the world I stayed a check out was so early in the morning.. I paid ahead for 48 hr parking but less than 24hrs didn’t need it anymore and when I asked for a refund for the other 24 hrs it was a very bla rant NO! You paid already no refunds!!when I asked for an extra 1 or 2 hrs courtesy extension I got same answer!! The opposite than when I stayed in January .. I guess my last time staying at the property…"
