This trip was a family trip with children and the staff was friendly and very kind. The location was very good and easy to get to. The hotel was very clean, beautiful and pleasant to stay in. We love the staff at this hotel. I have been to Phuket many times and I would like to use this hotel again on my next visit. Thank you for all your kindness and care. Good location, No problem for food and entertainment during Day or Night. all within walking distance. only problem was the Bathroom floor tiles feel slippy after shower, recommend to have a Anti-slip mat on floor.

Shower leaked, clean up took a while and they left the door open so mosquitos got into the room. Blood stains on the pillows and door of bathroom. Room phone did not work. Slow drain shower and sink and none of the rooms have a place holder for shampoo soap in the showers. Crack paint in the ceilings and the room door does not automatically close and also I can hear even regular conversations in the room next door. Worst part is you talk to the staff and they didn’t care. I tried to get the manager but she not available. Worst stay ever. Intent to ask for money back. Worst of the worst. Not once you get the sense this hotel cares.
