수페리어룸이 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 사진과 전혀 달랐습니다. 소비자가 선택때 무엇보다 호텔스닷컴을 믿고 결정하게되는데 전혀다른 사진을 올려놓으면 어떻게 합니까? 만일 슈페리어룸의 사진이 실제 방모습을 올려놓았다면 선택하지 않았을 겁니다 사진 수정 부탁합니다

추가요금 요구하는 호텔
싼 가격만큼의 딱 그런 방 입니다. 에어컨을 한참 틀어놔도 더워요. 한가지 주의할 점은 체크인할 때에 직원이 추가요금을 요구합니다(디파짓 말고). 결재완료가 이미 된 상태라고 20분 이상 실갱이 벌인 후에야 겨우 직원 본인이 잘못 알았다며 모든게 잘 됐으니 방으로 들어가라고 하더군요. 일단 바가지 씌워보는 경향이 짙은 것 같으니 주의 하시길.

Tout c'est bien passé.
Hôtel bien placé sur Naklua, calme et propre le personnel est très sympa et parle bien l'anglais, l'eau de la piscine est limpide avec un petit bar pour une bière bien fraîche ! J'y retournerais 👍

Bon établissement mais un peu défraîchi
Excellente situation non loin de Pattaya. Les tuks tuks qui font la navette jusqu'à Pattaya 24h sur 24h mettent environ 10 à 15 min selon la circulation pour atteindre Pattaya centre. L' hôtel avec chambre bien aménagée sont bien équipée. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Selon le prix à payer c'est très correct.

Prijs / kwaliteitverhouding prima. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Waterkoker op kamer zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. WIFI ronduit bedroevend. Op de kamer telefoneren en internet raadplegen nauwelijks mogelijk. In de lobby en rond het zwembad acceptabel.

Bonne situation, calme, propre et sympathique.
Excellent, j'ai eu la possibilité de faire le Check in à 11h30 au lieu de 14h. Le check out 2h plus tard que l'horaire. Personnel très pro et accueillant. Rien de négatif à signaler.

Old but decent
Easy to find with easy access by car and big free parking. Big swimming pool. Old hotel but in decent condition. Nice comfy spacious and quiet room. Unlucky with mosquitoes in my room. No elevator. Never walked around outside but several food places and 7/11 nearby.

Le problème n’est pas l’hotel mais les clients
Tout c’est très bien passé la réceptionniste très sympathique et souriante, la chambre bien la moquette mériterait d’être changé mais le problème n’est pas l’hotel mais les clients qui ne respecte rien ni personne, font un bruit d’enfer à 4 h du mat comme si ils étaient seul au monde donc à part le manque d’éducation des clients l’hotel bien pour le prix

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig leider ist das Hotel von innen sehr verwohnt Treppenhaus ist unglaublich verdreckt Die Zimmer sind sauber leider haben die meisten Zimmer keinen Balkon nur ein sehr kleines Fenster zum lüften Die Duschen sind sehr schön aber leider am falschen Platz angeordnet Betten sind gut Schöner Pool Sehr freundliches Personal Zimmer wurden immer gut gereinigt

Sehr freundliches Personal. Als ich mit dem einen Zimmer nicht zufrieden war, bekamm ich sofort ein anderes Zimmer nach meinen Wünschen ohne Aufpreis. Auch ein grosses Lob an die Mitarbeiter von Hotels.com nachdem ich falsch gebucht hatte und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter alles ermöglichten das ich zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt anreisen konnte ohne Umbuchungs bzw. Sornierungsgebühren.Vielen Dank an Euch....beim nächsten Urlaub Hotels.com....meine Empfehlung. Jürgen Laier, Heilbronnn

Aufenthalt im Windmill Resort
Ich war 8 Tage in diesem Hotel und war in Anbetracht des Preises, sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut , man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und sauber und das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Amazing service and the staff were supercute, friendly and easy to talk to. Would def come again. I really recomend to book on second floor, more renovated than third floor. But if u dont care avout wifi or have any spec standards than to have a place to sleep, then third floor is ok too.

Zentral gelegen mit mi freunlichen
Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles wird sofort zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Bei den einfachen Zimmern im 3 Flur sollte mann wissen das es nur kleinere Fenster im Bad gibt. Sonst lieber mit Balkon im 2 Flur

Could do better
The shower curtain was dirty and disgusting ! I asked for it to be changed and it was on my second day ! The shower head was dirty and blocked so I cleaned it to get a better water flow for a better shower ! Not a very clean hotel ! Hotel needs to be refurbished !

Dated dirty hotel.
On arrival staff were excellent. Hotel in bad state and in need for repair. The room was dated and bathroom dirty, as towel holder fell of, toothpaste still all over walls from prevous people. Stopped 1 night and went eles were as they said they cleaned again but was still the same dirty bathroom. Never asked us if wanted to change rooms when we said wanted to check out. Rooms nothing like on pictures on website . Expedia think you need to update photos of rooms.

Clean hotel in a perfect location
Overall Windmill Resort Hotel represents a good value. Clean, well looked after hotel is located in a perfect location close to the shops, cafes and transport. Even if hotel's condition is a bit dated it's still a nice place to stay. Swimming pool, breakfast cafe and beer garden add up value making this hotel a comfortable place to relax. Hotel staff deserves special credit.

Good location
Hotel is a bit dated and overdue for renovation but still good value. It is located in a good area close to the shops, cafes and transport. Swimming pool, breakfast cafe and bar is a nice addition that makes your stay comfortable enough. Overall Windmill resort hotel is reasonable accommodation to be considered by budget travellers.

Zimmerservice war einfach eine Katastrophe. Bettwäsche wurde überhaupt nicht gewechselt. Kein durchgehend warmes Wasser,weder beim Duschen noch beim Waschbecken. Trotz Handwerker war keine Besserung in Sicht. Ich bin nach 6 Tagen aus dem Hotel raus.

Perfekt für Partyurlauber
Perfekt für Partyurlauber (girlfriendly Hotel) und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Viele Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe. Die Bahtbus Route zur Walking Street führt direkt vorm Hotel vorbei. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt, auch noch nach 16 Uhr (wenn man einmal länger schläft). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

It is no bad at this price
The location is good and many local small shop around there. This is a simple resort and the swimming pool is small but I think they are okay for me since its room rate are cheap. Pool access room is good, but the "Pool view deluxe room" is very poor!!! One of my family has reserve "pool view deluxe room", the room was very dark, looks like haunted house and having a smell of moldy. At the end he changed his room to "garden view room", that was a good looking, light and clean room. Thanks for the staff help, they are friendly and helpful.
