“락스를 많이 사용해서 특유의 냄새가 많이 났어요”

“The staff were really nice but this place is a dump. Furniture worn out. Tub that won't drain. Towel rack comes right off the wall. Shambles.”

“The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay”

“our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms.”

“Lots of sound around. The bed also made noise. Towels were not clean. Breakfast was terrible. Only waffle and orange juice were the main thing there. No yogurt, eggs, butter.”

“Room was clean but there were several insects that looked like stink bugs in the rooms that had to be removed each evening. Breakfast was meager.”

“This is a long term stay hotel. There were no amenities in the room, there is no lobby to visit. The linens were clean, but old.”

“Made call to hotel to ck on an item. They did not answer phone. Called several times. Phone just rang and then cut out For non smoking rooms! REALLY! This is a smoking accommodations only! Rooms were filled. Thus makes your stay bad. You stink. Every thing u take in stinks!”
