“Enjoyed our stay. The balcony was amazing and staff were very friendly. Room was very nice and the bed was super cozy. We stayed in a king size room.”

“Overall, our stay at Surf & Sand was okay. The ocean view was beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were several areas that fell short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel. The soundproofing was quite poor—we could hear loud music and noise from a party until fairly late at night, even with all the doors and windows completely closed. The front desk setup also seemed inefficient. There was almost always a long line at reception, and the triage/queue system...

“겉은 오래되었고 허름하지만 내부는 깔끔하게 리모델링 되어 있고 관리도 잘 되어 있습니다. 해변으로 가는 전용 통로가 있어서 좋았고, 해변에서 돌아와 모래를 씻을 수 있는 샤워가 있어서 좋았습니다.”

“어바인 중심지역은 아니지만 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 객실 샤워기의 수압이 낮았지만 바로 교체가 가능했습니다. 그 과정에서 직원과의 소통이 매끄럽지는 않앗던 점이 아쉽습니다. ”
