“The hotel was really a gorgeous stay and. very clean, the beaches and restaurants were great. We were disappointed however with the accommodations and help from staff. Every request we had felt like we were a bother, although on the room service menu. We requested an extra pillow two days in a row and it never came. I will say valet workers/drivers were very nice and helpful, however overall this did not feel like a 5 star stay.”

“Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!”
