“Clean room and very nicely kept, but there was a stale cigarette smell lingering inside the room which made it unpleasant. If I were to ever stay again I would definitely ask for a room facing the city side rather than listening to the freeway traffic ALL night.
The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly, polite.”

“I’ve stayed here many times and been very happy. This experience was different. Apparently, per new Hilton policy, the thermostat in the room could be set no lower than 68. It was hot. Additionally, despite setting the fan to maximum, it also did not respond and cycled on and off, so it was not only hot but there was no air movement much of the time. The temperature did not dip below 70 the entire time. I barely slept and was drenched with sweat by morning. Bad move, Hilton.
