“The Hotel was clean and neat everywhere. The only problem we had was the stairs. Steep stairs to enter the Hotel and two sets of stairs going to the second floor and no elevator. For 80-year-olds, this was a chore both walking and carrying your luggage. The area is nice and also active which makes parking somewhat of an issue.”

“This is a little out of the way but 100% worth it. The rooms and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. They had charging available for our electric vehicle. So many nice special touches, like a glass of wine sitting outside from a local winery, local chocolates in our room, hearty breakfast in the morning. If you want to feel spoiled at a reasonable price, stay here!”

“Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. No complaints, will be coming back here again! Oh, and parking can be difficult to find in the middle of the day, but it really wasn’t THAT had to find a parking spot, just had...

“The Yew suite was a lovely space with plenty of room to move about, a really delightful shower, and a well appointed kitchen. The only thing I could quibble about is the need for a table for eating. There is a high bar that seats 2, but was a bit difficult for us to use as we are older and had difficulty getting up into the bar stools. We used the delightful wraparound deck to eat our dinner, which was very enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic!”
