"The accessibility of the room was excellent for a disabled person. Truly some of the best thought out features I've ever seen in my travels. Except for one thing. The room was on the third floor! How am I supposed to evacuate the building from the third floor in the event of a fire? The elevators are not supposed to be used. Seems to be very unsafe and dangerous. Also a huge liability issue for the hotel."

"The staff guys were amazing. Haven't had a desk person volunteer to help carry bags in forever. The room was right on. The only thing we ran into is that there is no ground floor, nor elevator, so it was hard for my mobility limited wife to get to the first floor room."

"Didn’t like $59 up charge for arriving 1 hour early even though room was ready. Walking on floor barefoot made our feet dirty. Needs to o be mopped. Bathroom sink was clogged and unable to drain."
