“Great place to stay while in Portland! Location is great close to everything you want to see downtown. Service is always warm and welcoming! The food is excellent! The rooms are lovely. The parking situation is a drawback. The fee is to high and it’s hectic getting your car. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, it’s a Japanese style hotel with a bar and restaurant, I had the curry for breakfast, it was very good! The room was roomy and comfortable, the waterfall shower gives the onsen bath a run for its money. The staff was friendly and helpful, world definitely stay here again.”

“This was a very nice hostel and I felt very safe. I stayed in 4 person bunk room with all women and it was very nice! The doors can only be opened with a keycard for that room. The sheets and bed were very clean and comfortable. I slept in the bottom bunk that had a little curtain which made me feel like I had my own little space. The bathroom was down the hall and was very clean. ”

“인터넷 접속이 일정시간이 지나면 끊어져 재접속 해야함. 아침식사는 보통의 숙박과 비슷하나 음식이 떨어져도 잘 안채워 놓음.”

“(1) 예약시 자정쯤 체크인한다는 특별요청을 남겼음에도 방이 배정되지 못해 차로 20여분 떨어진 타 숙박시설로 임시 투숙케 조치되었고 개인적으로 차량을 렌털하고 있었기 망정이지...불쾌, 불편하였음은 이루다 말할 수 없었음. (2) 뿐만 아니라 오후 2시이후에 방 청소를 요청(do not disturb tab 제거 및 housekeeper에게 구두로 요청)하였음에도 저녁에 들어와보니 청소가 전혀 되어있지 않았음 (3) 위치, 환경, 스텝의 친절함, 객실의 청결, 안락함 등은 만족할 만함. (4) 결론적으로 호텔의 전반적인 경영관리를 개선해야 고객만족을 극대화할 수 있음.”
